About Lennie

The other men at the farm think Lenny is quite  stupid like George told them. But i think they like him because he is a really good worker,  and he do what he is told without questions. In the start they were suspicious about why Lennie didn’t talk but as the story as gotten further they accepted it. Curly is the only person that hate Lennie, but then he hates almost everyone. He don’t like Lennie because he’s so big, and Curley is small. The other men think Lennie is like a child, or mentaly incapable.

Of Mice and Men

I know that George and Lenny have known each other for a long time, because of the things they say in the text. George knew Lenny’s aunt, even though she has been dead for some time. Actually she has been dead for so long that Lenny don’t remember her. George and Lenny has also been working together for quite some time, and they plan to buy a house together. You simply don’t just buy a house with a stranger you met at a bar or something unless you know him well. George also said that he’s watching after Lennie as he’s not too bright. When they are talking to Slim George actually say that they have been together for a long time. The last thing i noticed is how well they know each other, George knows that Lenny loves to stroke soft things, and he knows parts of Lennys family.
